• Delivery charges for perishable items are extra and must be paid on the day of delivery via Swiggy Genie, Porter, Uber, Ola, or Rapido.
• Customers may also self-collect their orders from our location.
• Non-perishable items are shipped via courier services like Xpressbees or Delhivery. Shipping charges are additional and will be calculated based on the customer’s pin code while generating the invoice.
• Every precaution is taken to pack cakes, treats, and fresh items properly to avoid disarrangement during transit. However, since third-party delivery services are used, we cannot be held responsible for minor disarrangement during delivery.
• Cakes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days from the date of delivery.
• We control the dispatch of an item, but the delivery time depends on the external service provider.
• Shipment details will be shared once the item has been dispatched.
• We cannot be held responsible if a customer does not review the product and delivery details before placing an order.
• Please ensure that you have shared the correct address and Google map landmark. We will not be responsible for a non-delivery or late delivery occurring due to a mistake by the customer (i.e wrong or incomplete name/address/ number/ recipient not available or any other related reason).
